2.2 Order Process

2. Manager contacts the Client to clarify details
3. A service agreement is concluded
4. Client provides Materials for processing
5. Company performs the work within agreed timelines
6. Client accepts the completed work and pays for services

2.3 Service Timelines

Service timelines depend on complexity and range from 3 to 14 working days. Exact timelines are specified in the agreement. The Company undertakes to notify the Client of any changes in service timelines.

3. Rights and Obligations of Parties

3.1 Company Obligations

• Perform services in accordance with professional standards
• Ensure the safety of Client's Materials
• Provide warranty for completed work
• Maintain confidentiality of Client information
• Inform Client about order progress

3.2 Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information about Materials
• Pay for services in accordance with the agreement
• Accept completed work within agreed timelines
• Comply with rules for Material transfer and acceptance
• Not provide counterfeit or stolen products

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Pricing

Service pricing is determined individually based on:

• Type and complexity of cutting
• Weight and characteristics of the stone
• Order urgency
• Additional services (engraving, expertise)

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment for services can be made by:

• Cash upon order receipt
• Bank card through the website
• Bank transfer for legal entities
• 50% prepayment for orders over 50,000 $

5. Warranties and Liability

5.1 Quality Guarantee

The Company guarantees:

• Compliance with international standards (GIA, HRD)
• Stone weight retention within technological norms
• Absence of defects affecting transparency and brilliance
• 12-month warranty on completed work

5.2 Company Liability

The Company is liable for:

• Loss or damage to Materials due to Company's fault
• Non-compliance of completed work with agreed requirements
• Disclosure of Client's confidential information

Liability is limited to the value of Materials and does not exceed the market value of lost or damaged stone at the time of transfer.

5.3 Force Majeure

The Company is exempt from liability for non-performance of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, wars, government acts, strikes, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All materials posted on the website (texts, images, logos, design) are the intellectual property of Plasma Diamant and are protected by copyright law. Use of materials without written permission of the rights holder is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

9. Termination of Use

The Company has the right to terminate service provision in case of:

• Providing false information
• Attempt to provide illegal Materials
• Non-payment of services within specified timelines

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of services after changes indicates agreement to new terms.

11. Additional Provisions
