Cancellation Policy
- 24-48 hours before service: Full refund available
- Less than 24 hours before service: 50% refund available
- Same day cancellations: No refund available
- Emergency cancellations: Case-by-case consideration with documentation
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service not performed as agreed upon
- Damage to customer's gemstone due to our negligence
- Quality standards not met as specified in service agreement
- Service cancellation within the timeframes specified above
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once completed:
- Completed diamond cutting and polishing services
- Custom design work that has been started or completed
- Expert evaluation and certification services
- Consultation services that have been provided
Refund Process
- Submit refund request in writing to support@diamant31.com
- Include order number, service details, and reason for refund
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable
- Review process takes 5-7 business days
- Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval
